Role Overview
Admin Assistant - HR supporting security and cleaning operations in Dubai.
The role manages day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding of security guards and cleaning staff.
- Conduct interviews, selection, and employee documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance issues.
- Coordinate payroll, salaries, benefits, insurance, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and administrative documents for management.
- Coordinate with supervisors and field staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Support employee training, attendance, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR/Admin, preferably in security, cleaning, or manpower services.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR procedures.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Workplace
- Work location is Dubai, UAE.
- Work is performed in person.
