- Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams
- Prepare, organize, and maintain property files and client records
- Draft and process contracts, forms, and other real estate documentation
- Coordinate property listings on real estate portals
- Schedule meetings, viewings, and appointments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Maintain databases and update CRM systems accurately
- Assist with property advertising and marketing materials
- Coordinate with developers, landlords, tenants, and government authorities when required
- Monitor office supplies and assist with general office management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in real estate
