Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration and documentation
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting Software
- Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and payment follow ups
- Process vendor payments and monitor accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare payroll and process monthly salaries
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Track company expenses and utility bill payments
- Assist with UAE VAT filing requirements and Corporate Tax compliance
- Organize and maintain company files and financial records
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration and accounting support
- Hands on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting Software is mandatory
- Good understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Experience in payroll preparation and salary processing
- Ability to perform accurate monthly bank reconciliations
- Knowledge of invoicing, vendor payments, expense tracking, and utility bill management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

About the Role
- VAITAFE Technical Services is looking for a reliable and detail oriented Admin & Accounts Assistant to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration and accounting, with strong knowledge of Zoho Books and UAE accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities

Salary
- Salary: AED 2,200 – AED 2,700 per month (based on experience)
