Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be Arabic nationality, fluent in English, with excellent administrative and communication skills.

The role involves supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize office files and documentation.

Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.

Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.

Support HR activities, including employee documentation.

Maintain office supplies and inventory.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

Arabic nationality.

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
