Qualifications and Requirements

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field (psychology, rehabilitation counseling, social services) 2 years experience in Human Service Field Social work or Licensed Professional Counselor Human Services courses that require additional qualifications: HS-101 Understanding Group Processes and Dynamics Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field (psychology, rehabilitation counseling) 2 years experience in Human Service Field Social work or Licensed Professional Counselor (preferred) HS-150 Introduction to Substance Abuse Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field (psychology, rehabilitation counseling) 2 years experience in Human Service Field Social worker or Licensed Professional Counselor (preferred) Notice : If you are claiming post-high school education, license or special training, you MUST attach or provide by mail a legible copy of your education transcript, license or training record.
