What you will do

  • Campaign planning: lead the planning and execution of campaigns focusing on our contextual targeting capabilities.
  • Demand side relations: act as the direct interlocutor for agencies and clients to implement campaigns closed by the sales team.
  • Supply side operations: coordinate and manage relationships with media owners (OOH specialists, retail supports, etc.) to ensure correct campaign execution and inventory availability.
  • Document management: oversee key documentation for campaign coordination, including budgets, purchase orders (POs), technical specifications, and final creative assets.
  • End to end monitoring: control the full lifecycle of the campaign, ensuring correct data reconciliation for billing and payment management upon completion.
  • Analysis & reporting: support the sales team in presenting post campaign reports, analyzing results, and verifying the fulfillment of established KPIs.
  • Tech stack management: efficiently manage our operations tools holded (Financial ERP), Adcities ad manager (proprietary technology), and Jira (project management).
  • International communication: maintain constant interaction with our global engineering and product teams to ensure technical alignment across time zones.
  • Operational efficiency: proactively seek process automation and alternative solutions to improve workflow autonomy.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in ad operations, account management, or technical campaign management within digital media or AdTech.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, contextual, measurement) and OOH/DOOH market dynamics.
  • Technical proficiency: experience managing technical integrations and working alongside engineering or product teams.
  • Analytical mindset: excellent analytical skills, comfortable with performance data and reporting.
  • Communication: fluent in English. Arabic language is a plus.
  • Soft skills: highly organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast moving environment.
