- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an acute medical care setting
- Excellent clinical skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and patient interactions
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to clinical best practices
