The Actuary primary responsibility is to maintain actuarial models used at F&G and managing the governance and controls around the actuarial model change management process.
This position is a Director level position and will be responsible for overseeing the Pension Risk Transfer, Payout, Indexed and Fixed Universal Life, and Traditional Life Corporate AXIS models.
This responsibility involves overseeing model change management activities subject to a rigorous model governance environment, maintaining comprehensive model documentation, as well as preparing the models for production runs.
Interactions with various internal groups (e.g., Valuation, Pricing), as well as external groups (e.g., software vendor, consultants, auditors) are inherent to these processes.
Management and development of staff individuals is also required.
