Role Overview

Support customer campaigns, promotional initiatives, growth activations, and events.

Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams on communications, creative assets, and organic growth activities.

Campaigns and Activations

  • Support planning and execution of customer campaigns, promotional initiatives, and growth activations.
  • Help coordinate virtual and in-person events, including webinars, community events, customer sessions, and other activations.
  • Assist with event logistics, communications, attendee materials, run-of-show documents, and follow-up activities.

Marketing and Organic Growth

  • Help develop campaign messaging, email communications, event invitations, and supporting creative assets.
  • Support SEO and AEO activities through keyword research, content research, on-page optimization, and best-practices research.

Research and Learning

  • Research relevant event, partnership, community, and campaign opportunities.
  • Organize learnings and feedback after activations.

Requirements

  • Support customer campaigns, promotional initiatives, growth activations, and events as an intern.
  • Ability to assist with event logistics, communications, attendee materials, run-of-show documents, and follow-up activities.
  • Ability to support SEO and AEO research, keyword research, content research, and on-page optimization.
  • Ability to research event, partnership, community, and campaign opportunities and organize learnings and feedback.
