Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable position will manage the successful and timely collection of all customer payments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in accounts receivable (Excel & QuickBooks). You will work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate financial reporting as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth collection process.

Maintain detailed records of customer accounts, including payments and outstanding balances.

Reconcile accounts receivable reports to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

Address customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Monitor accounts receivable reports and follow up on overdue accounts.

Provide financial data to support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Other finance department tasks that may arise.

Experience: 1 year of collection Accounts Receivable required

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written english communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
