Overview
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring timely billing and collection of outstanding debts to maintain cash flow.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies by liaising with clients to ensure accurate records and payments.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and develop strategies for efficient collection.
- Process incoming payments through various methods (checks, credit cards, electronic funds transfers) and ensure accurate allocation to accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor credit limits and assess customer creditworthiness to minimize financial risk for the organization.
- Maintain detailed records of all communication with clients regarding payment statuses and follow-ups.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, providing insights on receivables performance and cash flow forecasts.
