- Carry out all types of electronics and BMS related maintenance works to ensure assets remain operational, safe, and with minimal downtime
- Support various departments with electronics requirements during events, functions, and daily operations
- Assist in monitoring contractor works, defect rectifications, and maintenance progress to ensure quality and timely completion
- Adhere to Quality, Health & Safety, and Security standards to maintain a safe working environment
- Accurately report completed work orders, including labor hours and material consumption
- Maintain professional communication and conduct with customers, tenants, and end users across all premises
Requirements
- 2 3 years of experience in BMS or electronics maintenance
- Knowledge of BMS systems and electronics
- Ability to perform maintenance and defect rectification
- Understanding of Quality, Health & Safety, and Security standards
- Good communication and reporting skills
