Role Overview

Workplace and Schedule

• The role is based at the Frimley site in Surrey, UK.
• Remote work is available one day per week for eligible employees.
• The role is full-time and permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships to ensure timely payments and resolve queries.
• Post promotional invoices and rebates against accruals.
• Investigate pricing and logistics claims.
• Support long-term agreements and help avoid unapproved spend.
• Maintain customer ledgers and contribute to month-end reporting.

Experience and Qualifications

• Fluent German and English are required in written and verbal communication.
• Previous business-to-business claims experience in a service center or back-office environment is required.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical and numerical ability are required.
• Experience in accounting or accounts receivable is preferred.
