About the Role
Sunrise Farms is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to process full-cycle accounts payable for multiple companies, prepare payments, reconcile bank statements, and support finance operations.

Responsibilities
- Process full cycle accounts payable for multiple companies and locations, including standard vouchers, 2 way match and 3 way match invoices in ERP system
- Prepare cheque runs and EFT/ACH payments
- Reconcile payments on bank statements to cash book on a weekly basis
- Build strong relationships and communicate with vendors and suppliers
- Follow company/department procedures and policies
- Work with other internal departments and vendors to resolve issues
- Ensure paperwork is accurately organized and filed
- Cover receptionist duties during lunch hour (shared duty between AP and AR)
Requirements
- 2 years previous accounts payable experience
- Strong data entry skills with experience dealing with high volume of invoices
- Experience in SAP Concur or any AP automation tools an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and other departments
