Role Overview
The Accounts Payable Analyst owns carrier and vendor payments end to end for a 4PL provider.
The role is accountable for payables accuracy, vendor relationships, audit readiness, discrepancy resolution, and payment execution.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in the Mississauga office with a hybrid schedule of one to two office days.
Compensation
- Compensation is $50,000 to $55,000 plus a performance bonus.
Invoice Processing and Payment Execution
- Process carrier, vendor, and employee expense invoices accurately and on time.
- Verify invoice charges against agreed-upon rates and services.
- Investigate cost discrepancies and coordinate resolution with relevant departments.
- Execute payments within established vendor terms.
- Maintain accurate vendor records and payment histories.
