Reporting to the Manager, Accounts payable, t he Accounts Payable Agent will assist in the operation of the Accounts Payable department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Validate invoices and expense reports electronically
- Processing expense invoices electronically
- Manage various discrepancies related to invoices
- Collaborate with branches and other departments to resolve discrepancies
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Monitoring the mailboxes, respond to supplier’s needs and questions regarding their files
- Execute checks and prepare wire payments
- Provide training and support required from our branches
- Other related responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
- DEP in accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum two to four years’ experience in accounts payable
- Bilingualism (French and English spoken and written) to communicate with stakeholders across the country
- Excel (advanced)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Able to process large volumes
- Organizational skills, efficiency, and attention to detail
