Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our client.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- This role requires a proactive approach to managing financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the company.
- *Minimum requirements:*
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP or similar.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG.
- Current residency in Qatar.
- Possession of a valid Qatar ID.
- Immediate availability to join.
- *Key responsibilities, but not limited to:*
- Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements.
- Assist in audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
- *Project details:*
• Shift: Afternoon Shift
- Contract: 6 to 12 months
