Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and manage business data in Excel on a regular basis.
- Validate data accuracy and highlight discrepancies to the concerned team.
- Update receivables, payables, expense trackers, and other business MIS reports.
- Assist in invoice reconciliation and ensure data is matched correctly with supporting documents.
- Perform basic reconciliations between ERP reports, invoices, and Excel data.
- Support the finance/business team in preparing regular reports, summaries, and trackers.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry with proper formatting and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and update required financial/business data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query, and Dashboarding.
- Good understanding of basic accounting concepts, including P&L, receivables, payables, and expenses.
- Working knowledge of dashboard/reporting tools such as Power BI will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and invoice reconciliation.
- Good analytical ability with attention to detail.
- Strong data validation, reporting, and coordination skills.
- B.Com / BMS graduate from a reputed college preferred.
- Prior experience in data entry, MIS, finance support, or reconciliation will be an added advantage.
