Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accounting records and financial documents.
• Support invoice processing, billing, and voucher preparation.
• Perform data entry in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Verify financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Organize and maintain accounting files and records.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation (as applicable).
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the finance team.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
