Responsibilities
- Maintain day to day accounting records and assist with bookkeeping activities
- Update and maintain company income and expense records accurately
- Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with bank reconciliation and tracking financial transactions
- Support in preparing financial reports, statements, and account summaries
- Handle UAE VAT registration, VAT return filing, and compliance requirements
- Assist with UAE Corporate Tax requirements and filing processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE FTA rules and regulations
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in UAE
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, VAT filing, and FTA requirements
- Understanding of UAE Corporate Tax requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
