About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
- Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and expense reports
- Process supplier payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee expense reimbursements
- Maintain petty cash records and perform regular reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in office administration and other executive support tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in the UAE is preferred

Company Overview
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Accountant cum Personal Assistant to support the company's financial operations while providing administrative and personal assistance to the management.
