Accounts Assistant

Play a key role within the finance team, supporting the end-to-end Accounts Payable function. You’ll process invoices and payments, reconcile supplier statements, resolve queries and assist with month-end and year-end processes. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify process improvements and develop your skills across a broad range of accounting functions.

Using Excel is one of your key strengths, and you’ll be confident using it to manage, analyse and reconcile financial data. You’ll have excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality. You thrive on solving problems, investigating issues and finding practical solutions.

Your key experience will include:

Formal Qualification in Accounting or Business Studies is highly desirable

Demonstrated experience in completing supplier statement reconciliations, including identifying discrepancies, investigating outstanding items and resolving variances

Experience working with the accounting system ARM

Drivers Licence

National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
