Department: Finance & AccountsWork Location: On SiteEmployment Type: Full-timeRole Purpose / Summary

• Issue receipts for customer and insurance-related collections.
• Collect cheques and cash from clients and ensure timely bank deposits.
• Prepare, issue, maintain and deposit Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs).
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, collections, deposits and PDCs.
• Perform insurance company statement of account (SOA) reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between insurance company statements and internal accounting records.
• Follow up with insurance companies and internal teams on outstanding and unreconciled items.
• Ensure timely clearance of unallocated receipts and outstanding reconciliation items.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a UAE insurance brokerage is mandatory.
• Good understanding of insurance broking accounting and collection processes.
• Hands-on experience with insurance company SOA reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
