About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments
- Coordinate with sales and project teams regarding billing and collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, LPOs, delivery notes, and contracts
- Prepare weekly/monthly AR reports and collection status updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (M Com or MBA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control or accounting roles
- In depth knowledge of UAE VAT laws and India GST regulations
- Strong expertise in accounts receivable and client communications
- Proficient in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or SAP and Excel
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership, analytical, and financial reporting skills
- Detail oriented, deadline driven, and proactive in solving issues

Role Overview
- We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
- The ideal candidate will ensure timely receipt of payments, maintain accurate financial records, and coordinate closely with sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
