A. Accounts & Finance
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and transaction entries.
- Prepare monthly expense reports, cash flow summaries, and financial statements.
- Follow up on outstanding client invoices and coordinate with the collections team.
- Monitor and manage petty cash and office expenses.
- Support external audits and liaise with the company's accountant/auditor.
- Handle VAT filing and ensure tax compliance as per Saudi regulations.
B. Administration & PRO
- Handle all office administration including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Manage employee-related government processes — Iqama renewals, GOSI registration, Muqeem, Absher, and Qiwa portal tasks.
- Act as the company's Public Relations Officer (PRO) with government departments.
- Coordinate visa processing, work permits, and employee onboarding documentation.
- Maintain and organize all company and employee records.
- Manage employee ticket bookings, hotel arrangements, and travel coordination.
- Handle vendor contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR admin tasks as required.
