About the Role
Intact is seeking an Accounting Service Representative to join its growing team.
The role supports accurate payment, billing, reconciliation, and account administration activities.
Compensation
- The salary range is 43,600 to 53,200 annually.
- The salary range is based on a 35-hour workweek and varies according to experience, skills, qualifications, contribution, and internal equity.
- The role includes an annual bonus target based on base salary, with potential payout subject to personal and company performance.
Benefits
- Employees may receive flexible work arrangements and a hybrid work model.

- Employees may have the possibility to purchase up to five additional days off per year.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify payments, reconcile bank deposits, and verify deposit totals.
- Prepare and dispatch invoices, statements, reports, and cheques.
- Post broker billing statements and payments in accounting systems.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve outstanding amounts.
