Accounting & Payroll Manager

• CPA designation required • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration • Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting responsibilities • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing accounting and/or payroll teams • Strong understanding of financial reporting, controls, reconciliations, and management accounting principles • Experience with Sage Intacct and Ceridian Dayforce considered strong assets • Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment
