Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management:
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Cost Control:
  • Monitor and analyze F&B costs, manage variances, and implement effective waste-reduction strategies.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure full adherence to ZATCA regulations, VAT filings, and local financial laws.

• Inventory & Audit

  • Supervise stocktaking processes and ensure seamless integration between POS systems and the general ledger.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
  • Leadership:
  • Direct and mentor the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • A minimum of
  • 10+ years
  • of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • Industry Focus:
  • Proven expertise specifically within the
  • F&B or Hospitality sector

  • Market Knowledge:
  • Solid experience within the
  • GCC market
