Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Cost Control:
- Monitor and analyze F&B costs, manage variances, and implement effective waste-reduction strategies.
- Compliance:
- Ensure full adherence to ZATCA regulations, VAT filings, and local financial laws.
• Inventory & Audit
- Supervise stocktaking processes and ensure seamless integration between POS systems and the general ledger.
- Strategic Planning:
- Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
- Leadership:
- Direct and mentor the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:
- A minimum of
- 10+ years
- of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
- Industry Focus:
- Proven expertise specifically within the
- F&B or Hospitality sector

- Market Knowledge:
- Solid experience within the
- GCC market
