Accounting Manager (Cluster)

You have proven experience in accounting together with strong knowledge of tax and financial compliance within an international business environment, supported by a finance or accounting qualification such as CFA, CPA, FA or an equivalent professional qualification.

You bring strong commercial awareness together with excellent analytical skills and can communicate complex financial information clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.

You have experience working across multiple countries, locations and cultures and are confident operating within a matrix organisation.

You have previous leadership experience, enjoy developing people and build collaborative relationships across teams and functions.

You have an excellent command of written and spoken English and demonstrate a professional, meticulous and collaborative approach to your work.

This is a full-time, permanent position, initially based in Abingdon before relocating to Reading in 2027, with hybrid working options available.
