- Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and accountability
- Ability to interpret financial data and prepare clear and accurate reports
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage

Role Description
- We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records.
- This role is responsible for managing accounting processes, supporting financial reporting, and maintaining strong internal controls to ensure effective financial management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting activities including general ledger management, account reconciliations, month end and year end closing, and preparation of financial statements.
- Collaborate with finance and cross functional teams to improve accounting processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support audit and reporting requirements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, maintain accurate financial records, prepare management reports, support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, coordinate audit processes, and identify opportunities to improve accounting efficiency and controls.
- Provide guidance to junior team members and support the implementation of accounting systems and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
