Accountant

Prepare month-end accounting activities, including journals, reconciliations, fee calculations and invoicing.

Assist with monthly and quarterly management reporting for partnership portfolios.

Prepare portfolio analytics and financial performance metrics.

Analyse net property income and outgoings, providing insights into financial performance.

Manage lease accounting activities including customer set-ups, assignments, surrenders and vacancies.

Review bank reconciliations, customer receipts, arrears management and weekly payment runs.

Maintain intercompany loan reconciliations and support cash flow forecasting activities.

Prepare half-year and annual financial statements.

Support the external audit process.

Prepare compliance certificates and reporting requirements for financiers.

Assist with trust distributions, supporting schedules and payment processing.

Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS), tax returns and income tax forecasts.

Maintain partnership records and statutory documentation.

Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts across allocated portfolios.

Support the annual outgoings budget process and ongoing performance monitoring.

Assist with financial modelling, board paper preparation and partnership reporting.

Partner with Investment Management and operational stakeholders to provide financial support and analysis.
