About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, payroll, bank reconciliations)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure accurate recording of transactions
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets
- Handle intercompany accounting if required
- Manage ZATCA compliance and prepare VAT returns, withholding tax, and other statutory filings
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and financial regulations
- Prepare management reports for decision making
- Analyze financial performance and highlight risks or inefficiencies
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain internal financial controls and liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience
- Proven experience in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of VAT & ZATCA regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of IFRS
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- Professional certifications (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA) preferred
- Experience with SMEs, holding companies, or multi entity structures is a plus
