About Oia Properties

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Training & Location
- **1 month training will be conducted in our Dubai branch**
