- Maintain strong professional relationships with top tier UAE developers to secure exclusive inventory and market insights
- Guide clients through the entire transaction lifecycle from initial consultation to closing
- Leverage industry connections and local events to expand reach and build a pipeline of qualified leads
Requirements
- Proven experience in the UAE real estate market, specifically within the luxury/prime property sector
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics, developer strategies, and investment project analysis
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain a professional, high end demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of managing VIP/high net worth clients
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a significant advantage)
- A 'hunter' mindset with a focus on closing deals and exceeding sales targets

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated, results driven Luxury Property Consultant Specialist to join our elite brokerage team in Dubai.
- You will be responsible for managing a high net worth portfolio, identifying premium investment opportunities, and providing world class advisory services to local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Advisory: Proactively source and engage potential buyers and investors. Provide expert guidance on market trends, property valuations, and high yield investment opportunities.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of luxury listings, ensuring maximum exposure and strategic positioning in the market.
- Developer Relations: Maintain strong professional relationships with top tier UAE developers to secure exclusive inventory and market insights.
- Consultative Sales: Guide clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial consultation and property viewing to negotiation and successful closing.
- Networking: Leverage industry connections and local events to expand your reach and build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
