Job purpose
Manage and strengthen Microsoft business operations through accurate billing, financial reconciliation, rebate tracking, MIS reporting, and revenue governance.
Support sustainable growth while minimizing revenue leakage.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Microsoft Security.
- Monitor Azure consumption, subscriptions, customer billing, costs, and margins.
- Reconcile Microsoft invoices, customer billing, Azure consumption, revenue, and rebates monthly.
- Track and claim Microsoft rebates and incentives on time.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for revenue, billing, collections, consumption, and reconciliation.
- Support MBR/QBR reporting and present business insights to management.
- Identify revenue leakage, billing discrepancies, and cost inefficiencies.
- Improve SOPs and processes for billing, reconciliation, rebates, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments and Microsoft partner teams.
- Maintain ERP, CRM, billing, and finance records for audit readiness.
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Microsoft CSP or cloud operations, billing, finance, or revenue operations.
