Asset Lifecycle Management: Process and record all fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, transfers, impairments, and disposals (Corporate)
Capital Expense Oversight: Review operational purchase orders and invoices to determine whether expenditure should be expensed or capitalized.
Physical Inventories: Plan, execute, and reconcile periodic physical audits of plant equipment, vehicles, and facilities
General Ledger Reconciliation: Reconcile the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the general ledger and prepare monthly roll-forward schedules (Global Lightera LLC)
Annual Audit & Risk Management : Prepare detailed fixed asset and depreciation schedules for internal, and external auditors.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Accounting systems knowledge (SAP and JDE preferred)
Maintain discretion when working with confidential and proprietary information
Strict adherence to Company safety policies and procedures
Exhibit all aspects of Lightera “Standards of Conduct”
