Job Description
Manage day-to-day accounting, project-wise accounts, receivables, payables, reconciliation, fund flow, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting, daybooks, bills, and vouchers.
- Maintain project-wise income and expense records.
- Track client collections and outstanding payments.
- Manage supplier and subcontractor payables.
- Handle cash and bank reconciliation and accounting documentation.
- Support GST, tax, and audit-related records.
- Monitor cash flow, operational costs, and financial commitments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Highlight discrepancies, overdue amounts, and fund requirements to management.
Key Performance Areas
- Daily accounting and documentation.
- Project-wise accounts.
- Receivables and payables.
- Reconciliation and compliance.
- Fund flow and cost control.
- Financial reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Com, M.Com, or another finance-related qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience is preferred.
- Interior, construction, or project-based accounting experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person in Kattappana, Idukki, Kerala.
