About the Role
Apex Detail Studio is seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting records, VAT compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in the automotive detailing or service industry and proficiency in GaragePlug and accounting software.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with UAE accounting standards
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries
- Reconcile bank accounts, supplier statements, customer accounts, and petty cash
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collections and supplier payments
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow reports, and management reports
- Assist with VAT returns, Corporate Tax compliance, external audits, and regulatory reporting
- Manage payroll records, employee reimbursements, and expense tracking where required
- Utilize GaragePlug to monitor job orders, customer billing, service records, and operational reports
- Maintain accurate customer and financial data within the company's CRM system
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure accurate job costing, inventory records, and revenue recognition
- Monitor inventory purchases and stock movements related to detailing products and workshop supplies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in automotive detailing, garage, or automotive service business in UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial reporting requirements
- Hands on experience with GaragePlug or similar automotive workshop management software
- Proficiency in CRM systems and accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English

Qualifications & Skills
