- Manage and maintain client accounts, including recording transactions and monitoring balances.
- Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Handle income and expense accounts and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Prepare invoices, statements of accounts, and follow up on client payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile accounting records.
- Monitor and manage company expenses, including office expenses and operational costs.
- Follow up on vehicle related matters, including registration, insurance, maintenance, and related payments.
- Process and track payments, suppliers' invoices, and financial obligations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in analyzing financial performance.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, contracts, and financial documents.
- Manage and update accounting software and financial systems.
- Ensure confidentiality of client and company financial information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting within the UAE.
- Experience in client account management, tax filings, and bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
