Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to manage daily accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting systems and be capable of handling tasks with moderate supervision.
General Ledger (Gl) Management
Maintain and update the general ledger on a daily basis
Prepare and post journal entries with proper supporting documents
Review transactions for accuracy and completeness
Assist in maintaining chart of accounts
Reconciliation
Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly
Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Monitor account balances and flag unusual variances
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Process invoices, payments, and receipts
Track outstanding receivables and follow up when required
Ensure proper recording of payables and receivables
Financial Reporting
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet)
Support month-end closing activities
Help analyze basic financial data and trends
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and filed
Follow company accounting policies and procedures
Support audit preparation by organizing required documents
Other Responsibilities
Assist with VAT/tax documentation and filings
Support senior accountants in financial analysis and reporting
Use accounting software for data entry and reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Good understanding of general ledger and accounting principles
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel
Experience with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
