**Job Title: Accountant (Farm Sales & Billing)Location:** UAE**Experience Required:** 2–3 years (UAE experience preferred)**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with experience in sales and billing operations, preferably in a farm, nursery, or agricultural environment.
The candidate will manage daily transactions, invoicing, and financial records related to farm sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage sales invoices, quotations, and delivery notes
- Record daily sales transactions (plants, materials, farm products, etc.)
- Handle accounts receivable and follow up on customer payments
- Maintain accurate billing records and reconcile daily sales
- Perform cash handling and bank reconciliation
- Manage inventory records related to farm sales and stock movement
- Assist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Prepare periodic financial reports (daily/monthly sales reports)
- Coordinate with sales and store teams for accurate billing and stock updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of accounting experience (UAE preferred)
- Experience in billing, invoicing, and sales accounting
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in farm, nursery, landscaping, or retail sales environment
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management
- Ability to handle high-volume daily transactions
