**Job Title: Accountant (2–3 Years UAE Experience)Location:** UAE**Experience Required:** 2–3 years (preferably in UAE)**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with 2–3 years of UAE experience to manage daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Prepare payroll entries and coordinate with HR for salary processing
- Monitor expenses and budgets to support cost control
- Assist in audits by providing required documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or contracting companies (if relevant to your business)
- Knowledge of IFRS standards
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA – partially or fully qualified) is an advantage
