Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
- Prepare and reconcile WPS payroll files in coordination with HR
- Prepare and manage LPOS and monitor related expenditures
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and other management reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and customer invoicing
- Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies
- Assist with internal and external audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting, WPS payroll preparation, LPOS, Balance Sheet preparation, Profit & Loss reporting, and management reporting
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
- Previous experience in the healthcare, medical, or aesthetic industry is preferred

Role Description
- We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accountant to join our Finance team in Dubai.
- This is a full time, on site position responsible for managing day to day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll support, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
- Prepare and reconcile WPS (Wage Protection System) payroll files in coordination with HR.
- Prepare and manage LPOS (Local Purchase Orders) and monitor related expenditures.
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and other management reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and customer invoicing.

Qualifications
