Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate monthly and annual financial accounts
- Generate bi weekly sales and inventory reports
- Analyze and compare actual expenditures vs. budget
- Reconcile general ledger, bank accounts & P&L statements
- Handle trade finance documentation (LCs, BGs, etc.)
- Support audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance
- Assist with budgeting and prepare journal entries
- Manage payables and receivables, and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Prepare and file taxes in accordance with UAE regulations
- Publish timely financial statements and maintain data confidentiality
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficient in ZOHO, ERP systems (Tally/QuickBooks is a plus)
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Familiarity with UAE tax laws and financial regulations is an advantage
- UAE Driving License (Preferred)
- 2 years of UAE experience (Required)
- UAE DRIVING LICENSE (Required)

Job Overview
