Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the **full spectrum of accounting functions**
• Prepare and review **financial statements, reports, and forecasts**
• Lead **month-end and year-end closing processes**
• Ensure **UAE VAT compliance**, filings, and regulatory reporting
• Manage **cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning**
• Supervise junior accounting staff and streamline processes
• Coordinate with **external auditors** and manage audits
• Develop and implement **financial controls and policies**
• Provide **strategic financial insights** to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (CA / ACCA / CPA preferred)
• Minimum **5–8 years of experience** (UAE experience mandatory)
• Strong expertise in **IFRS, VAT regulations, and compliance**
• Advanced knowledge of **ERP systems (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, SAP preferred)**
• Exceptional analytical and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
