Responsibilities
- Compile, verify, and generate Salary Information Files (SIF) matching MOHRE guidelines
- Process end to end monthly payroll by uploading SIF files directly to corporate banking portals via WPS
- Maintain organized digital records of WPS salary transfer receipts to ensure zero compliance gaps
- Resolve payroll discrepancies, banking rejections, or unpaid salary flags immediately
- Calculate final settlements, gratuity, and leave salary encashments according to UAE labor law
- Input site worker timesheets and labor hours accurately into the Odoo ERP system
- Set up and maintain distinct project codes in Odoo to ensure precise resource tracking
- Calculate and update exact per hour labor costing metrics for various project teams
- Link physical inventory movements with specific project and job costing modules in Odoo
- Conduct mandatory monthly physical stock counts and reconcile variances against ERP records
- Prepare detailed monthly cash flow statements for corporate finance review
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- At least 2 years explicitly managing UAE payroll
- Advanced operational knowledge of Odoo ERP (Time Tracking, Inventory, and Payroll modules)
- Deep understanding of WPS processing, SIF formatting, and central bank portals
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labor law regarding overtime calculations and final settlements
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)

About the Role
- We are seeking a detail oriented Project & Payroll Accountant to join our finance team.
- In this role, you will bridge the gap between field operations and financial management.
- You will take full ownership of our UAE payroll compliance (WPS), manage project timekeeping via Odoo ERP, handle inventory cost accounting, and oversee branch financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, verify, and generate Salary Information Files (SIF) matching MOHRE guidelines.
- Process end to end monthly payroll by uploading SIF files directly to corporate banking portals via WPS.
- Maintain organized digital records of WPS salary transfer receipts to ensure zero compliance gaps.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies, banking rejections, or unpaid salary flags immediately.
- Calculate final settlements, gratuity, and leave salary encashments according to UAE labor law.
- Input site worker timesheets and labor hours accurately into the Odoo ERP system.
- Set up and maintain distinct project codes in Odoo to ensure precise resource tracking.

- Partner with the Camphouse team to collect, verify, and file physical staff timesheets.
- Audit submission timelines and immediately escalate missing or delayed timesheets to HR.
- Link physical inventory movements with specific project and job costing modules in Odoo.
- Track warehouse receipts, material issues, stock adjustments, and inter site transfers.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years explicitly managing UAE payroll.
- Advanced operational knowledge of Odoo ERP (specifically Time Tracking, Inventory, and Payroll modules).
- Deep understanding of WPS processing, SIF formatting, and central bank portals.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE labor law regarding overtime calculations and final settlements.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables) for data reconciliation.
