Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, bookkeeping, and proper filing of documents
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and purchase orders
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Track company expenses and ensure cost control
- Assist in preparing financial reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and related records
- Ensure compliance with VAT and local financial regulations
- Support audits by providing required financial data and documents
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
- Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and official documents
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases
Requirements
- Experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
