- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Handle documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Assist in HR tasks such as attendance and employee records
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and correspondence
- Support general office operations and management requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
