Vastly Refined Oil Products LLC in Dubai is seeking an Arabic-speaking Accounting and Administrative Assistant.
The role supports finance and administrative operations and requires UAE accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and organize invoices, bills, receipts, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
- Enter accounting transactions into Excel or accounting software and assist with payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
- Check invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and coordinate financial documentation with relevant parties.
- Maintain accounting records and assist with UAE VAT-related documentation.
- Perform filing, data entry, document preparation, office coordination, reporting, and spreadsheet preparation.
- Support management with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of UAE accounting practices and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or Tally.
- Familiarity with UAE VAT documentation is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical skills, and organizational abilities.
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
