WiselyWise is looking for an Accountant/Admin .

Details below:

• Responsible for Entire Accounting Function, Process, System
• Handle all Administrative Duties including Documentation, Filing, Automation, Data Entry
• Diligently Follow-Up/Co-Ordinate with Customers, Employees, 3rd Parties, Government agencies for Task Completion
• Lead & Support the Directors for all Financial Tasks, Filings with Governments, Tasks with Company Secretary
• Collating the bills for daily expenses and entry into the accounting system.
• Manage accounts payable and employee expense report processing.
• Assist in month-end close process.
• Work closely with the team, to manage spending activities.
• Maintain files with all relevant corporate documents.
• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
• Process check requests.
• Audit and reconcile corporate credit card bills where applicable
